trkjob.com is a simple dashboard for tracking your own job applications — company name, status, salary expectations, and any notes you choose to record. It's provided free of charge, as-is, with no guarantee of specific features or uptime.

You need an account to use the Service, created with an email and password or by signing in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account — tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Service is not directed at, and may not be used by, anyone under 16.

• –Don't use the Service for anything illegal, or to store data you don't have the right to store.
• –Don't try to access another user's account or data, or probe, scan, or interfere with the Service — including excessive automated requests.
• –Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product.

You own the job application data you enter. We don't claim any ownership over it, and we only use it to run the Service for you — see our Privacy Policy for how it's handled. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter; we don't verify company names, salaries, or anything else you record.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance. We'll try to give notice of significant changes, but aren't obligated to.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us (see below). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the Service. When your account is deleted, your data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy's retention section.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible threat.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, trkjob.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data. Nothing here limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived under the law that applies to you.

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
